Does anyone know the ranks of operatives/officers in the NSA? I haven't been able to find anything online that lists them (or looks semi-reliable). The NSA website is, unsurprisingly, a bit circular and cryptic. I have a character who's supposed to be a middle-management sort of guy, but I'd like a rank and some information on how the agency works. Anybody know of a good source?

I guess I can change my outline and make up an agency if there's no way to check accuracy (or if the spooks are gonna come after me for some reason ).
