...but ideas can be lurking where you live and work! I just read a short article about teaching kids about money. Seeing as I'm an accountant, what am I waiting for? I could write non-fiction about money and finance for all ages! YEEHAW!

I suggest we all look at what we do every day. Your work, your daily routine. Your annual traditions. Something must spark an idea!

Go for it, guys!

I can teach them about unemployment!

Wait. If I sell the article, do I become unqualified...?

Um, maybe. But hey, one sale leads to another, right?

You know, Beth this is very funny timing! I was thinking the exact same thing just the other day was was wondering where I should post.

On a similar train of thought I was thinking how often writer's don't realize that they have expertise in area and careers child and adults want to know and learn more about. Has anyone here ever thought to look for our fellow WR members for interviews and quotes?

I know we got equestrains, horse breeders and trainers, accountants, teachers, special education teachers...I know there are tons more but I'm a little frazzled tonight. I know career profiles/snap shots and interviews can be a big sell in certain markets. Just thought I'd mention it! We could all help each other. Smiley

oh and since my brain was severly frazzled when I post this I have thought of some other specialists we have here...I know we have dancers, singers, nurses, cna's, students (college and high school), and I'm sure many others that haven't come to mind.

There is a ton of writing material and experts right here on the WR. Smiley

hmmm, being a perfectionist, dancing long hours getting cuts on my feet, Loving both writing and dancing that I hardly have time for any relationship, yet deep down wouldn't mind having one with the right guy. Um constant stress over making enough money, time management, not taking things to heart, worrying I do it all the time every day about something I'm a worrywart. I bet a could make a fictional story about myself based on all this info.hmmmm

So very true, Legacy!

And taking from above just for an example...another writer could easily do an interview and/or write a profile about Miss Legacy who is a dancer and sub such a piece to some of the dance focused magazines or tween/teenage girl focused magazines. If Legacy was interested that is. Smiley

There are so many people with first hand experience coming from different backgrounds. I think we all could take advantage of our diversity.

Thanks Destiny everyone keeps saying I should write about dance. I have a stagefright story in mind. I have to watch some angelina ballerina for some inspiration.

I must agree. Anyone given any of these ideas a shot while I been absent?

I don't think so, Destiny.
