Sandy,

     Fortunately, Chippy saved me.  She jumped into chat and walked me through what I should be doing.  Like, for instance, showing up an hour earlier.   Smiley  Until she showed up (which was actually right away), I had no clue what was supposed to happen, once I actually signed on.  Thank you, Chippy.

     Yes, she is.  Trouble is, I remember all of my most important questions while I sleep.  The instant I wake up, POOF!  all questions and other intelligence, gone.

     Its comforting to know that we can ask Jan our questions on the boards.  I am so thankful to have found the boards.  I would still be fighting the 'Question Beetles' all by myself, otherwise.   Smiley
