Hey everyone,,,I havent been to the chat part of the sight too much yet, but I am enjoying reading everyone's comments. I relate to alot of the frustrations about ideas and finding time and motivation, but hanging in there. Its encouraging to know I'm not alone!
Anyways, my question might be for Jan, but want to throw it out there....

I'm working on a "how-to" article for assignment 4. The assignment calls for 500-1,000 words.. I dont know that I'd actually need 500 words to complete it though. So I'm just wondering if it actually needs to be 500? Or can it be less? Just want to make sure I'm doing the right thing  Wink

Thanks!

How-to articles are often under 500 words so it would be fine to be under.

One more question, do we need to include a picture with our assignment? Or just when submitting to a magazine.
Thanks again!

You don't need to send one with the assignment. Sometimes folks do, and I tend to comment on whether the photo is likely to work for the magazine and why/whynot...but it's not required.
