I had a question - it may sound like a stupid one - but for the first assignment of the advanced course, how much detail should I be giving my instructor about my book ideas...I could sum these ideas up in a paragraph or only a few sentences...but you'd probably want more than that, right?

I submitted a double spaced single page (going over a little on one of the ideas) to my instructor. So a couple of paragraphs. One paragraph gave why I was interested in it and the next two explained what I knew about the story and characters.

Thanks for chiming in, Angela. I don't teach that course and didn't know what to suggest.
